The historical documentary Decade of Discontent examines the civil rights struggle in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, from 1960-1970. The 60s footage includes nationally familiar figures, such as Rev. Jesse Jackson, Bobby Kennedy, and Dick Gregory, alongside the Milwaukee activists, including Vel Phillips and James Groppi, who provided the movement’s leadership.
